Enhance the function and beauty of interior spaces.

Interior design literally surrounds us. Every space we encounter involves the balance of functionality: safety codes, regulations and more, with beauty: color, light, furniture and fabrics. For more than 75 years, Harrington College of Design has been preparing students to enhance and develop interiors that meet the needs and concerns of individuals using the space.

Some career choices in the field of interior design include:
    • Residential interior designer
    • Commercial interior designer
    • Showroom manager
    • Drafting or code specialist
If you would like to become a licensed interior designer, begin by completing 130 credit hours and earn your Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design.
